BKLYN Bodies gladly accepts timely returns whether you want a refund or an exchange. All returns are processed via our ONLINE RETURNS CENTER.
- Must be returned within 14 days from the date you receive your order.
- Must be in it's original condition, unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged and free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, wear, etc.
- Must have the original hygienic liner intact if it is a bodysuit or swimwear (we ask that you try on bodysuits & swimwear over your own underwear).
- Must have all original tags attached and in the original packaging, including any boxes, hangers, and other signature packaging materials.
- Must be returned from within the same country they were originally shipped to.
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color or style, you can request it to be held online via our ONLINE RETURNS CENTER. We recommend placing your exchange on hold as soon as possible so it does not sell out while we await your package. When prompted on the screen at our ONLINE RETURNS CENTER, simply select your return reason and in the 'Notes to Merchant' section, indicate which size/color/style you would like to have in exchange. We cannot guarantee item availability for all exchange requests, but we'll do our best! In the event an exchange item is not available when requested, we will contact you.
Please note that return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility and must be prepaid. We recommend using USPS Priority Flat Rate shipping with a tracking number for returns as we are not responsible for lost or stolen return packages.
If you have received a defective or incorrect item, it must be reported to us within 2 days of receipt via our ONLINE RETURNS CENTER. Items not reported within 2 days of receipt cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Items noted as ‘Sale’ or 'Final Sale' are not eligible for return or exchange.
Return Quality Control
All returns are checked by our Quality Control team to ensure they meet our Return Policy - this is to maintain the highest standards of quality and hygiene for all of our customers.
BKLYN Bodies reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:
- An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of “wardrobing;”
- An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or,
- Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.
Similarly, BKLYN Bodies reserves the right to refuse service to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.
Non-BKLYN Bodies items returned to us will be discarded upon receipt.
Refunds will be processed within approximately 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after we receive your return.
Once your return is received and checked by Quality Control, we'll send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We'll also notify you of the status of your refund.
If you are approved for a refund, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within 10 business days.
If you are approved for an exchange, then it will be processed and we will ship out your exchange item, within 10 business days.
Refunds/Exchanges will be rejected on any returns that do not comply with our Return Policy.
